NODIN ADVENTURES, LLC

I acknowledge that renting and operating ATVs and UTVs involves serious inherent risks including personal injury, serious bodily harm, death, property damage, vehicle rollover, collision, rough and uneven terrain, mechanical failure, operator error, and acts of nature. I voluntarily and knowingly assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Nodin Adventures, LLC, Little River Holdings Company, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation, including claims arising from negligence.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from my own negligence, misconduct, or misuse of rental equipment, or any violation of the rules and safety guidelines set forth by Nodin Adventures, LLC.

I agree to: operate the vehicle only in designated areas; never exceed safe speeds; wear the provided helmet at all times; never operate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance; follow all staff instructions; immediately report accidents or vehicle issues; return the vehicle in the same condition; and accept that violations may result in immediate termination of my rental with no refund.

Returning more than 30 minutes past the scheduled return time incurs a $150 late fee. Returning more than 1 hour late incurs a $300 charge (equivalent to the half-day rental rate). Late fees are collected before departure.

I grant Nodin Adventures, LLC the right to photograph or record video of me during my rental activity and to use such images or footage for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

I authorize Nodin Adventures, LLC staff to contact emergency medical services on my behalf in an emergency and accept financial responsibility for any medical costs incurred. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

I acknowledge that all minors listed above will participate as PASSENGERS ONLY. Minors are strictly prohibited from operating, steering, or controlling any ATV or UTV at any time, under any circumstances.

I confirm each minor meets ALL of the following: (1) Is at least 5 years of age — no riders under 5 permitted; (2) Is able to sit upright without assistance; (3) The shoulder belt fits correctly across the chest, NOT the neck or face; (4) Feet are able to stay flat on the floor or footrest. If any minor does not meet all requirements, they will not be permitted to ride. No exceptions.

Under no circumstances will any minor be permitted to operate, steer, or control any ATV or UTV. Violation results in immediate termination of the rental with NO REFUND.

Each minor MUST wear a properly fitted helmet at ALL times. I am responsible for ensuring all helmets are correctly fitted before the activity begins and that all minors remain seated and follow staff instructions.

I acknowledge the inherent risks of off-road ATV and UTV activities and voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of all minors listed. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Nodin Adventures, LLC, Little River Holdings Company, and their representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from any minor's participation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nodin Adventures, LLC from claims arising from any minor's actions or my negligence. I authorize staff to contact emergency medical services for any minor listed and consent to emergency treatment when I cannot be reached. I accept financial responsibility for any medical costs. This agreement is governed by Michigan law.
